The deeply pocketed driver seat on the one-piece Wide Touring style with Driver Backrest is a full 16.5” wide and sits you at the ideal cruising angle.  The 13” wide passenger seat utilizes Mustang’s unique internal steel support wings.  The optional driver backrest provides superb back support for those longer rides and is fully adjustable and easily removable.

The Vintage style seat is sold as a three-piece set including solo, removable driver backrest and passenger seat with a backrest receiver for $739; the optional passenger backrest (shown) is $200.  Also available with studs and conchos.

Mustang is very careful to build seats that use stock mounting points. We try to make the installation as easy as possible.  If different hardware is needed for mounting the new seat, it will be included with the new seat.

More than a year in planning and development, the new dealer website brings features and capabilities with one goal in mind: making sure Mustang dealers get what they need with a minimum of hassle.

Let’s take a tour!

If you’re a dealer and you go to www.MustangDealer.com or click on the Dealer Login link at the top of www.MustangSeats.com, you’ll be taken to the Dealer Login page. In the past, dealers had to use a number and a zip code to access the old dealer web site. That’s changed and now dealers can use the e-mail address that has been set up with their account. The new site is integrated with our in-house customer management and ordering software, and all the primary e-mail addresses have been set up as logins to the site. No password? No problem! Simply click on the “Lost or need password” link to create a unique password specific to the dealer account. Submit the e-mail address and a return message will contain a link to a secure page to order for you to create a new password.

Order Pad

Once you’ve logged in, you’ll land on the Order Pad page. This unique feature allows for rapid entry of products by part number directly into your shopping cart. Dealers who know what they want can quickly add and order without having to navigate the more traditional online store.

Order by Bike

Driven by a database that’s integrated with our in-house CRM/Ordering software, we incorporated a search tool that allows you to find all the seats and seat accessories for a specific make, model and year of bike. Today, we are extremely proud to officially introduce our new website. For quite some time now, a team of truly dedicated and highly skilled individuals has been working around the clock on creating and launching a vastly improved MustangSeats.com. The new website (pictured below) incorporates many enhanced features and resources — all of which are intended to help you choose the most comfortable seat or the most useful motorcycle seat-related accessories for your bike.

One of the first things you might notice when you visit the new site is a section labeled “Motorcycle Seats 101” (originally titled “Everything You Ever Wanted to Know about Motorcycle Seats but Were Too Afraid to Ask”). If you ride a bike, you sit on a motorcycle seat, and the way we look it, you may as well know what goes into making one. We have been making motorcycle seats since 1980 (all here in the USA), and have learned a thing or two along the way that not only helps us make the most comfortable seats available on the market today, but can help you choose the right seat for you and your style of riding.

Our new website allows you to search for everything we manufacturer and sell. Simply enter the specific make, year and model of your motorcycle in the left column of the homepage and off you go. From there, it’s easy to view images of seat styles, find matching accessories, and even view mounting suggestions before making a purchase from us or your local dealer. You can also use the new Mustang website to track recent orders, read customer testimonials, find info about upcoming rallies and events, and reach our office for sales, support or dealer referrals.

And speaking of dealers, if you are a Mustang dealer, click Dealer Login at the very top of the homepage, where after entering your email address and password, you’ll find everything you need from catalogs to prices lists, including our exclusive dealer Biker Essentials catalog, packed with thousands of lifestyle merchandise items.
